Stands are 3m x 2m and include the following:
• Curved exhibition pod 3m x 2m
• 2 exhibition attendees with access into main conference
• 1 x 6ft trestle table & 2 standard conference chairs (if required)
• 13 amp power socket
• 150w halogen down-light
• Event catering for stand attendees
Please note, the exhibition package does not include any stand furniture other than that stated above or dinner and overnight accommodation for stand attendees.

‘Space Only’ Stands
£2,000.00 + VAT (£350.00) = £2,350.00
Space only stands include:
• 2 exhibition attendees with access into main conference
• Event catering for stand attendees
• 1 x 6ft trestle table & 2 standard conference chairs (if required)
Space only stands are for you to create your own stand concept. Please note we do not provide walls, furniture or electrical sockets for these stands. Please contact the event organisers for a quote.
The exhibition package does not include dinner or overnight accommodation for stand attendees.

Booking Terms and Conditions
Payment must be received in full before the date of the event, otherwise entry may be refused. All late registrations (10 working days or less prior to the event) must be paid by credit card. Receipts of payment will be issued on request. Invoices must be paid within 7 days or before the event, whichever is soonest. If your organisation cannot pay within this time please contact the conference office to pay by credit card. Please provide an email address where requested so that future communication can be sent to you.
As part of quality control all organisation types will be checked. If an incorrect organisation type has accidentally been selected then we reserve the right to charge the correct fee and debit your credit card accordingly.
Cancellations:
We regret that we are unable to refund any fees paid in the event of cancellation for any reason unless a direct substitution can be found. Cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing to the Conference Office.
Programme Changes/Information:
It may be necessary, for reasons beyond the control of the organiser, to change the programme content, speakers and/or timings. The Coalition is not liable for any changes.
