The Gala Dinner on the evening of Saturday 27 June is a ticketed event, offered as an additional option for all delegates.

Notes:

* All meals, excluding the Gala Dinner, are included in the fee.
** For delegates who only wish to attend the business sessions. Lunch is provided for day delegates attending Congress on Saturday and/or Sunday only. Day delegates are not eligible to participate in the evening event on Friday, but are welcome to book for the Gala Dinner on Saturday.
*** The spouse or partner of any delegate attending in any of the above categories. Partners/spouses are able to attend the social events, but do not have access to any plenary sessions or workshops/seminars. Any delegate whose partner/spouse wishes to attend plenary sessions and/or workshops/seminars should ensure that they are booked in as a delegate rather than as a Partner/Spouse.

Delegates representing members and attending the AGM will be issued with speakers credentials and voting cards at the Conference Registration desk.
The full conference package and partner/spouse rate does not include the Co-operative Excellence Awards and Gala Dinner.

All prices are exclusive of VAT, which will be charged at the appropriate rate.
If you wish to book accommodation at Hayley Conference Centre for nights of Thursday 25 June or Sunday 28 June then please call 01753 640000 'reservations' and quote code ‘37023’. Payment for these extra nights will be taken by Hayley Conference Centre directly and do not form part of any Congress delegate fees.

Gala Dinner Select this option if your partner wishes to participate in the Gala Dinner on the evening of Saturday 27 June at an additional fee. Booking Options: As part of quality control all delegate membership types will be checked. If an incorrect membership type has accidentally been selected then an invoice for any additional costs will be sent in due course.

Conference package:  

Select this option to attend all sessions and have accomodation for Friday and Saturday night. The full conference package and partner/spouse rate does not include the Co-operative Excellence Awards and Gala Dinner.

Select this option if you want to book in as a conference participant. There is no accommodation included within this option and you will need to arrange, and pay for, your accommodation directly with that hotel.

You can search for alternative accommodation on the www.windsor.gov.uk website. Please select the type of accommodation you require from the drop down list and select ‘Windsor Area’ from the ‘Area’ drop down list.


Select this option if you only wish to participate in one day of the conference, and mark your choice of day.




Co-operatives 2009 promotional package:   Please note that accommodation will not be at the Congress event venue but will be at Royal Holloway which is a short distance away.

  Select this option to attend the Friday and Saturday sessions with accommodation on the Friday night. Cost is £225 plus VAT and includes breakfast on Saturday at Royal Holloway and lunch on Friday and Saturday at Congress but does not include the Co-operative Excellence Awards and Gala Dinner.

  Select this option to attend the Friday, Saturday and Sunday sessions with accommodation on Friday and Saturday nights. Cost is £360 plus VAT and includes breakfast on Saturday and Sunday at Royal Holloway and lunch Friday, Saturday and Sunday at Congress but does not include the Co-operative Excellence Awards and Gala Dinner.

Optional extras:    

Select this option if you wish to participate in the popular informal buffet and networking evening on Friday 26 June. This event is open to all participants except Day Delegates, and as such carries no separate fee.

Select this option if you wish to participate in the Gala Dinner on the evening of Saturday 27 June at an additional fee of £60 per person for members of Co-operatives UK or £80 per person for non-members and International delegates. Anyone wishing to attend the dinner only (i.e. do not wish to participate in any other Co-operatives 2009 events), should note that places will be made available subject to availability.

Terms and Conditions:

Agreeing to the terms and conditions confirms that you will be subject to invoicing for the total payment amount based on your indicated options above. Agreeing to the terms and conditions means that you will be fully subject to the cancellation policy, and the total invoice amount will remain payable, even if you cancel your place before paying your fees. Please note that bookings and accommodation are not confirmed until we have received your payment in full.
Accommodation at Hayley Conference Centre will be allocated on a 'first come first served' basis. We can not guarantee accommodation at Hayley Conference Centre on bookings made after 27 March 2009. All accommodation is subject to availability.
In the event that you are unable to secure alternative accommodation and therefore unable to participate in the event we will refund any fees paid. We regret that we are unable to refund any fees paid in the event of cancellation for any other reason.
All prices stated are exclusive of VAT which will be charged at the appropriate rate.
Once payment has been received we will provide further details and instructions. These will be sent to the email and/or postal address provided on your booking form, or to the Delegate Coordinator for your organisation if you have one.
