Latest News: Due to the overwhelming demand for attendance at Congress 2008 accommodation at the Hilton Hotel, for the Friday and Saturday evenings during Congress, has been booked out. If you wish to attend Congress sessions for the weekend then you should now book online (below) as ‘Conference Only’ and make your own arrangements for any accommodation you may require. Gala Dinner
The Gala Dinner on the evening of Saturday 28 June is a ticketed event, offered as an additional option for all delegates.

(Your organisation can apply for membership today and, if accepted, benefit from the discounted delegate fees above. Individuals: Individuals may attend if they wish.	As Non-Member Delegate above
Partner/Spouse: the spouse or partner of any delegate attending in any of the above categories. Partners/spouses are able to attend the social events, but do not have access to any plenary sessions or workshops/seminars. Day Delegate: for delegates who only wish to attend the business sessions. Lunch is provided for day delegates attending Congress on Saturday and/or Sunday only. As part of quality control all delegate membership types will be checked. If an incorrect membership type has accidentally been selected then an invoice for any additional costs will be sent in due course.

Agreeing to the terms and conditions confirms that you will be subject to invoicing for the total payment amount based on your indicated options above. Agreeing to the terms and conditions means that you will be fully subject to the cancellation policy, and the total invoice amount will remain payable, even if you cancel your place before paying your fees. Please note that bookings and accommodation are not confirmed until we have received your payment in full.
Accommodation at the Hilton Blackpool will be allocated on a 'first come first served' basis. We can not guarantee accommodation at Hilton Blackpool on bookings made after 27 March 2008. All accommodation is subject to availability.
In the event that you are unable to secure alternative accommodation and therefore unable to participate in the event we will refund any fees paid. We regret that we are unable to refund any fees paid in the event of cancellation for any other reason.

Once payment has been received we will provide further details and instructions. These will be sent to the email and/or postal address provided on your booking form, or to the Delegate Coordinator for your organisation if you have one.
