Booking terms and conditions
Payment must be received in full on or before the date of the event, otherwise entry may be refused. All late registrations (10 working days or less prior to the event) must be paid by credit card. Receipts of payment will be issued on request. Invoices must be paid within 7 working days or before the event, whichever is soonest. If your organisation cannot pay within this time please contact the conference office to pay by credit card. Please provide an email address where requested so that joining details can be sent to you shortly prior to the event.
As part of quality control all delegate fee types will be checked. If an incorrect membership type has accidentally been selected then we reserve the right to charge the correct fee and debit your credit card accordingly.
Cancellations:
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellation of the registration 10 working days or more prior to the event date is subject to a £50 administrative fee. There will be no refund for cancellations received after this time. For a cancellation to be acknowledged, you must provide cancellation details in writing, and have received written confirmation in return.
Substitutions:
Substitutions may be made at any time. CfPS reserves the right to refuse admission.
Programme Changes/Information:
It may be necessary, for reasons beyond the control of the organiser, to change the programme content, speakers and/or timings. CfPS is not liable for any changes.
