The streamed conference and accompanying exhibition will take place on the 3 and 4 November at the Rosen Plaza Hotel, Orlando, Florida, USA. The 5th will consist of a dynamic demonstration of US military and civil capabilities.

Exhibition Package

A standard exhibition package includes:

10’ x 10’ (3m x 3m) pipe and drape booth with signage

Logo on all event promotional material and website
50 word company profile on event promotional material, website and CBRNe World Summer issue exhibition PREVIEW
50 word company profile on conference proceedings
2 stand personnel, one of whom is also designated as a conference delegate

Booking Terms and Conditions

This booking is subject to the terms and conditions for this event. Please click here to see full terms and conditions. Official confirmation (including confirmation of your stand number) will be sent to you on receipt of this form and payment.

Applications for space must be made on the form provided. The organisers reserve the right to grant or refuse any applications without giving reasons. On receipt of this booking form you will be issued with a 50% non-refundable deposit invoice. Deposit payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. The remaining balance is due by Friday 18 September. Should you need to cancel your stand for any reason, please submit all cancellations in writing to the CBRNe Conference Office.
