Your annual conference contract included a primary contact form, which was to be completed and returned with the signed contract. The person listed on this form will be ACC’s primary contact for pre-meeting and on-site logistics for your company. SPONSOR REGISTRATION
Sponsor registration is completed online, using the booking fields on this page, by the Primary Contact. The primary contact should register each individual attending the meeting under the company’s sponsorship. The number of badges received by each Sponsor is allocated according to the sponsorship level and may not be altered:
Tier 1 Sponsors receive 4 badges
- 3 Full access, 1 Exhibit Only access.
Tier 2 Sponsors receive 3 badges
- 2 Full access, 1 Exhibit Only access.

Upon registering attendees, a badge type must be assigned to each individual—Full or Exhibit Only. Full registrants may attend sessions, scheduled meals, receptions and have access to the exhibit hall area. Exhibit Only registrants have access to the exhibit hall area and may only attend receptions and social functions held within the exhibit hall area. Once individuals are registered, the system will generate an email to each registrant alerting them to their registration status.

NOTE: A session panelist from a sponsoring company, does not receive a complimentary badge. Sponsor Faculty must be included in the sponsoring companies total badge allotment.

SPONSOR GUIDELINES
Badges will indicate whether an individual is a Full or Exhibit only registrant. All sponsor badges can be picked up at sponsor registration. The individual whose name appears on the badge must retrieve his/her badge. Please do not pick up a colleague’s badge. Badges must be worn at all times.
Badges are for the exclusive use of your company and its employees. Badges may not be given to your customers or allied businesses without the approval of ACC.
It is extremely important to submit registration information in a timely manner. Your prompt response allows us to have badges ready when you check-in at the meeting. Be aware that requesting name/badge changes at the meeting is discouraged and will cause delays in service. While we will be happy to accommodate badge changes on-site, we will not be able to provide you with immediate service.

BOOTH / DISPLAY AREA
ACC encourages you to use your booth/display area to create a presentation that is visually appealing and educationally informative for programme attendees. However, please make sure not to move outside of your display space. Signage and audio/ visual equipment should not extend beyond your designated exhibit area. Setting up signage or computer monitors to the side of your space is not only unfair to the other sponsors, who are adhering to the rules of the meeting, but it is also disruptive.

GIVEAWAYS
Feel free to hand out giveaways to program attendees but do not create a giveaway which includes ACC’s name or logo without our approval.

DISCOUNTS/PROMOS
Use the conference to promote your company’s products or services by offering special incentives, discounts, or promos but do not attach ACC / ACC EUROPE’s name to an incentive, discount, or promo without our approval.
