Visa Policy
It is the sole responsibility of the delegate to take care of his/her visa requirements. Delegates who require an entry visa or who have other restrictions relating to travel must allow sufficient time for the relevant application procedures. Delegates should contact the relevant embassy or consulate to determine the appropriate timing and process for their visa applications. The organizers will not accept liability for non-approval of visas, individual transport delays, or other disruption, and in such circumstances the normal cancellation rules will apply. Delegates hereby release the organizers from any and all liability, including where matters beyond the reasonable control of the organizers impair or prevent the event from being held as anticipated.
Cancellation Policy
ACC Europe will refund your registration fee, less a €75 administrative fee, if written notice of cancellation is received by 19 May, 2009. No refunds will be made for any reason after that date. Substitutes for cancelled registrations are welcome.
Agreeing to the cancellation policy confirms that you will be subject to invoicing for the total payment amount based on your indicated options above. Agreeing to the terms means that you will be fully subject to the cancellation policy, and the total invoice amount will remain payable, even if you cancel your place before paying your fees. Please note that bookings are not confirmed until we have received your payment in full.
